grass and daffodils

spring is here at last! 'twas winter on thursday. it rained down for three continuous days. temperature crept up to 14 degrees celcius. and suddenly today, the sun wouldn't set till 8 pm...

well, actually, 7 pm, because we're back on greenwich summer time. while the rest of the world calculates time zones from their meredian, the GMT ain't good enough for the brits. they have to shift their hours. although i'm not complaining; had a solid 13 hours of sky, in various shades of blue. which also made me a wee bit more productive than usual. actually finished work before coming home... and am now free to foucalt. yippee!
