?

according to the 1 year plan, right about now i should meet someone and not find much fault with them. (actually, certain people i have already met should realise that they want to take me on in spite of all my faults; i wanna be his project etc etc). then in about a month, i should land a comfortably paying job in an office located near the south bank. the next few months are to be spent in a kind of bollywood song sequence between breakfasts in bed, giggling in theatres, performative mapping excursions of the more obscure outdoor make-out spots in london, reading library books obtained through LSE staff or students in parks and riverside benches on weekends, neck massages at times of work stress (i'm gonna be one of those power workers who let off their steam through sex and perform amazingly) and nice little cook-ins of evenings. subsequent to this, i am to come to a stage when i feel smart enough to start going about getting a phd. i will then write a proposal, with some advice and support from friends and mentors, land a super scholarship from the indian government for studying how exactly their approach to urban planning in delhi is wrong, based on the fact that they are bunch of middle class fatcats, and thereby secure my place (in the sun) in london for about 4 more years. all this is to be achieved by this time next year. cool na!
i caught myself saying goodbye to trafalgar square today. could be an omen.
if only they would offer me jobs without my having to apply for them. and if only...
