sick dogs

the Bangalore municipality is corrupt. we know that, or can hazard a guess that it may well be. but this time their corrupt ways are affecting stray dogs, most of whom are pleasanter personalities than most humans, don't bear malice towards anyone, and are just going about their business of finding food or having a game of lick my friends balls. the B'lore municipal corp isn't bothering to neuter them, finding better ways of spending the money allocated to them for this, so there are more and more stray dogs, more and more chances of rich fatcats little kiddies coming across one in the road, and crying blue murder when the dog snaps at them for pulling it's tail (as rich fatcats spoilt kids are wont to do).

the present scene is that the authorities, in a typical reactionary kind of way, are butchering stray dogs to keep the anti-stray hue and cry off their collars. you've got to oppose this.
